The Walkmen

Can you believe The Walkmen have been howling at us for ten years? Since we halted our dreams of becoming a bearded unicorn and birthed SUPERSWEET almost a decade ago, we’ve kept our tabs on the gents who stormed the New York scene, down to Hamilton’s vein-popping neck.

So, (insert inappropriate tears here), we were happy make The Walkmen our last BAND OF THE MONTH, rejoice their new record Lisbon and interview them before our site gets a spit-and-polish revamp. We’ve even got the help of recording whizz Rory Brattwell (who harbours plenty of “We’re Not Worthy! We’re Not Worthy! worship for the band) to splurge out a gig review!

Alas, farewell B.O.M. farewell!
